Items not in current catalog

Q. I want to purchase a PUDELZ item that is not in the current catalog or on your website. Is this possible?

A. Send us an email describing in detail the item you want to purchase (the item number would be helpful, if you know it). If we still have any stock of the item you want we will be happy to sell it to you at its original price. Often we have quantities too small to permit cataloguing and are delighted to sell them on request.

Return policy

Q. What if I buy the wrong size or color?

A. PUDELZ wants only happy customers. We are willing to accept returns for credit or exchange if the item is returned to us promptly and has not been worn, washed or in any other way made un-resellable. Please send us an email alerting us to the problem before returning the item.

Q. I have questions about items that I wish to order.

A. We are happy to help you with more information about any of the items we sell. The best way to reach us is via email, we try to respond within 24 hours. If you prefer you can call us at (203) 426-2227. If we are not in the office when you call please leave a message with your number and the best time to reach you. Also please tell us what state you are calling from.

Expedited delivery

Q. I need an item from your catalogue/website in a hurry, can you help me?

A. Whenever possible PUDELZ says yes. The best thing for you to do is to call or fax us at (203) 426-2227 or send an email with the item number and all ordering details and the date you need it. We can ship via FedEx at your expense.

In stock items

Q. Is your merchandise in stock or will I have to wait for what I order?

A. PUDELZ endeavors to maintain sufficient stock to meet anticipated demand for all items in our current line. We also try to ship all orders within 48 hours of receipt. The exceptions to this are the Christmas decorations and ornaments and other products for which you specify poodle variety and color. These items are made to your order and are usually available within two weeks.

Partial shipments

Q. What happens if any of the items that I order are out-of-stock or are made to order?

A. We will contact you via email within 24 hours of receiving your order and advise you of any anticipated delays with your order. You can then decide how you want us to proceed.
